At HIBBRAD, we take great care to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all HIBBRAD pest repellent sprays are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered. As our products are consumable, hygiene-sensitive items intended for household pest protection, we are unable to accept returns after delivery for reasons of safety and product integrity. We request you to review your order carefully — including product selection and quantity — before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

While our products are not returnable, your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged in transit, is defective, or you receive an incorrect item, we will make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label
• A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will offer a free replacement or, where a replacement is not possible, a full refund to your original payment method. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
